Love

Love as a Path to Optimal Health and Wellness:
Our goal is to embrace Love fully in all of its aspects and to understand that spiritual health begins and ends with love. We will learn that love in its truest form of expression is a way of being and a matter of will rather than the transient emotional attachment that is depicted by society as "love". Clinical research and data supporting the therapeutic value of love help the participant reach this goal.

LOVE: A Continuum, A Choice, An Obstacle Course
There are many words, expressions and uncountable song lyrics that capture the essence of the tendency we call Love. Reviewing some of them may contribute to our understanding of its many aspects. They include: Amore, romance, rapture, adoration, agape and worship, as well as to be devoted to, to care for, to find irresistible, to feel affection for, to be fond of, to be in love with. Clarification is established regarding what love is and what love is not.

Love: A Path to Health
In choosing to Love, we seek to expand our hearts, our horizons, and our health. Love liberates us from the effects of all that is unloving. To love allows us to stand firmly in our convictions as we open our hearts and open our lives to healthy risks that will enhance our growth.

On the Path of Love we evoke the light within our hearts and our inner transform-ational powers. Love sets us free and lets us explore beyond known boundaries. On this path, we learn to release whatever came before that caused love to go awry. We also come to understand that love always returns, greater for where it has been.

The Love Journey:
The steps and milestones involved in love of self and love toward others is explored during the Love Journey. At the conclusion of this journey, each participant should have a clear understanding that love is vital to health. Specific guidelines provided throughout enable the participant to integrate new love behaviors in order to achieve optimal health and wellness.
